Terms of Use

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Terra Food Resilience Network is a fiscally sponsored program of Localogy, a nonprofit organization based in Questa, New Mexico. This website shares information about Terra's work and provides ways to get in touch or express interest in regional sourcing and collaboration.

Connecting through Terra — Submitting an interest or contact form starts a conversation. It does not guarantee an introduction, buyer or producer match, contract, funding, or other services. There is no fee to submit a form or have an initial conversation. If we offer paid services in the future, any terms and costs will be explained separately.

Information you submit — Please provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Avoid sending sensitive or confidential material through public forms. We use submitted information as described in our Privacy Policy and will ask permission before sharing your contact details or submitted business information with potential network matches.

Independent business relationships — Terra may help people connect, but producers, buyers, and other participants make their own decisions and agreements. They are responsible for evaluating partners and complying with applicable food safety, licensing, labeling, delivery, payment, and other requirements. Terra does not guarantee third-party claims, products, services, or transactions.

Website content and outside links — Website information is provided for general purposes and may change. Please ask before reusing Terra's original text, logo, or photographs; some materials belong to other rights holders. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience, and Terra is not responsible for their content or practices.

Questions and updates — We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. For questions, contact info@terrafoodresilience.org.
