Terra Food Resilience Network (“Terra”) is a fiscally sponsored program of Localogy, a nonprofit organization based in Questa, New Mexico. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.
Information we collect — When you contact us, express interest as a producer or buyer, or subscribe to updates, we collect information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email, phone number, business or organization, location, products you offer or seek, messages, and email preferences. Our website provider may also process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use your information — We use this information to respond to you, understand regional needs, coordinate introductions and opportunities, manage our programs, and improve our work. We send ongoing email updates only when you have opted in. We may share general, combined findings about the regional food system without identifying individuals.
Sharing and service providers — We will ask your permission before sharing your submitted business information or contact details with a potential buyer, producer, or other network partner. We do not sell your personal information. Information may be accessed as needed by authorized Terra team members, Localogy in its fiscal sponsorship role, and providers that help operate our work. These may include Webflow (website and forms), Airtable (records), Google/Gmail (email), and future mailing-list services such as Mailchimp or GoHighLevel.
Email choices — You can stop receiving updates at any time by following the instructions in an email or contacting us at the address below. Unsubscribing from updates does not prevent us from replying to an inquiry you initiated.
Storage and your choices — We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for our work and applicable obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email info@terrafoodresilience.org. Some records may need to be retained for legal or administrative reasons.
Changes and questions — We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The latest version will appear here with its update date. Questions can be sent to info@terrafoodresilience.org.
